Reflecting a bit on our closing day. This past month has been nothing short of a blur. In under three weeks, we rehearsed a large-scale new musical with a cast of 32, brought in a brand-new Fringe venue (the above pictured ruins of the St. Boniface Cathedral), received a 5 Star review from the CBC and managed to sell 300+ tickets to our final 5 shows, creating an overall attendance of over 2000 people. It's a privilege to be a part of such a risky undertaking, and to feel so successful after its completion. Thanks to the Winnipeg Fringe, numerous Fringe patrons, and many tireless individuals on our production team for making this possible. This show proves there is top-notch entertainment created right here at home. Please continue to support local theatre & your Winnipeg Fringe. See you next year!
